Single needle operator — Churachandpur

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Churachandpur, Manipur. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Part-time with flexible hours.
