Canteen cook — Nainital

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nainital, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
