Lathe programmer-operator — Nashik Division

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Nashik Division, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. We are looking for confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges; experience with carbide tooling and insert selection; comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg. ₹36,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
