Trainee butcher — Ahmadabad

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
