Kitchenhand — Noklak

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Noklak, State of Nagaland. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
