Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
