We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Nuapada, State of Odisha. You will work at an industrial plant. Day to day you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. We are looking for disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles; good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam; confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹31,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
