Trainee butcher wanted in North West Delhi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in North West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request.
