Join our team: formwork carpenter (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Samba, State of Jammu and Kashmir. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideally you have able to read formwork and structural drawings; hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork; follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹150 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
