Bakery assistant — South East

Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
