You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Your main tasks: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection Full-time with occasional weekends.
