Fry cook — Katihar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Katihar, State of Bihar. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
