Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Nabarangpur, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Performance bonus on top of base pay.
