Grill cook • Tseminyu, State of Nagaland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Tseminyu, State of Nagaland. You should bring food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
