Crane rigger wanted in Solan

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Solan, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is at a power plant. You should bring able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear; comfortable working at height and in confined spaces; confident with standard crane hand signals. Day-to-day duties: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Full-time with occasional weekends.
