Commis chef wanted in Haridwar

What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
