Great opportunity: hydraulic press operator (State of Jharkhand)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Ramgarh, State of Jharkhand. The job is at a busy press shop. The role involves: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean You should bring able to read engineering drawings and job cards; physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg; basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses.
