Painter and decorator wanted in Khunti

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Khunti, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
