Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Ahmadnagar, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a hospital canteen. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
