Bakery assistant wanted in Salem

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Salem, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
