Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Jharsuguda District, State of Odisha. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
