Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Gajapati, State of Odisha. You should bring basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages; willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts. On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
