Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Part-time with flexible hours.
