Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundsman in Villupuram, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is in a public park. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines You should bring happy to work outdoors in all weather; an eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish.
