Urgent requirement: prep cook (State of Jharkhand)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Dhanbad, State of Jharkhand. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
