Immediate opening: panel beater (State of Maharashtra)

Join our team: we are hiring a panel beater in Sangli, State of Maharashtra. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Pay around ₹30,500 per month, based on your experience.
