Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Ideally you have basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
