The role involves: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Part-time with flexible hours.
