Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Chengalpattu district, State of Tamil Nadu. On the job you will handle: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
