Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
