Dishwasher — Gurugram district

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Gurugram district, State of Haryana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should bring basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates.
