Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Darbhanga, State of Bihar. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off.
