Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Ranchi, State of Jharkhand. We are looking for driving licence for travel between sites; sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing; valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration. Your main tasks: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
