Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement You will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
