Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Madurai, State of Tamil Nadu. Ideally you have knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing; physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts; confident working at height on scaffold and decking. On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting Rotating shifts.
