Pot washer — Paschim Medinipur

Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. You will work in a hotel kitchen. We are looking for willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
