We are recruiting: bakery assistant (Meghalaya)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You will be based at a busy bakery. Ideally you have able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
