Vacancy available: skimming plasterer (State of Maharashtra)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Ratnagiri, State of Maharashtra. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. We are looking for knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents; able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline; reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic. On a typical shift you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; check walls for plumb and level as you go.
