Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Una, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle We are looking for physically fit for climbing on and off the machine; knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections; able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹12,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
