On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Meals and transport allowance provided.
