You should bring wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times; able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day; punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it. Your main tasks: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
