Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Panch Mahals, State of Gujarat. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts We are looking for physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
