The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. You should bring physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling; attention to detail and a clean, even finish; own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files). Rotating shifts.
