You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
