Tree and shrub pruner • Freestone County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Freestone County, Texas. You will be based in a public park. Day-to-day duties: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Six days a week, one day off.
