Urgent requirement: gas meter installer (State of Odisha)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Balangir, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
