On a typical shift you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideally you have can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently; quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams. ₹180 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
