Day to day you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. You should bring confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances; physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites; reliable, punctual and able to get to site.
