Scullery hand — Amroha

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Part-time with flexible hours.
