We are looking for careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; punctual, reliable and hard-working. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls 3+ years on the tools preferred.
